AGES 13U-19U
As players progress through our full 11v11 age groups, we provide age-appropriate training, building on the foundation for how we want to play as a club and adding layers and complexity as players get older. Still with a focus on technical development under pressure and being player-centered, there is more emphasis on the roles and responsibilities for each position with the collective team as players mature. The shift from purely developmental at the younger ages to being competitive and winning leagues and events grows through the age groups.

SESSION INFORMATION

Three sessions per week (1 hour and 30 minutes)
